Delete from the app

• Sign in to Torque Score.
• Open Account settings.
• Choose Delete account.
• Complete the permanent-deletion confirmation.

Request deletion outside the app

Use the Torque Score privacy-request page when available, or email support@torquescore.com. Provide only the information reasonably needed to identify and verify the account. Never send your password.

What deletion generally covers

• The eligible Torque Score authentication account and active sessions.
• Account profile information.
• Account-backed Saved/Like/Hide choices, filters, alert settings, push-registration records, and related account-owned delivery state to the extent linked to the account.
• Personal contact information associated with community submissions where deletion or dissociation is appropriate and not subject to a legitimate retention exception.

What may remain

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, legal compliance, legal holds, dispute resolution, enforcement, proof of consent or deletion, or suppression of unwanted marketing. Restricted backups, required audit logs, and provider systems may retain information until ordinary deletion cycles complete. Nonpersonal product, retailer, price, promotion, and deal facts, deidentified information, and lawfully retained or licensed content may remain after personal information is deleted or dissociated.

Timing and verification

In-account deletion is designed to be processed promptly. External requests may require reasonable verification. We will process verified requests within the time required by applicable law and will explain a lawful denial, limitation, or extension where required.

Local device data

Deleting a server account may not remove guest or locally stored data from every browser or device. Use available in-app controls, sign out, uninstall the app, or clear application/browser data if you also want to remove local state.
